The PVP Center lies in Kanto region Vermillion City. It is the center where players can battle players in the tournaments.

Currently there are five tournaments, Little Cup, Self Caught, Mono Type, Anything Goes and Set Level 100. Your Pokemon will be set to level 100 once in battle excluding Little Cup which are set to level 5. You can take part in 2 tournaments per day.

To participate in a tournament simply bring a full Pokémon team, In the Mono Type Tourney all 6 will need to share a type, and enter the Vermilion City PvP Arena (from the PvP Center) and wait until the tournament starts, I have added a map showing the location of the PvP center in the Other Location part of my guide. The tournaments starts at 12pm (Noon) and 10pm UTC on a Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.

Apart from Anything Goes all standard clauses apply (Banned Abilities, Banned Pokemon, Species, Evasion, Sleep, Freeze, Baton Pass, Banned Moves). More info on clauses in PvP General Information.
